Altai Mountain Premium White Shilajit - Brakshun / "Stone Oil" in 30g or 60g Amber Glass Jar
Introducing White Shilajit, also known as Brakshun or "Stone Oil" - the secret, highly revered sibling tonic of our popular rich black Altai Mountain shilajit. White shilajit is scarcely known outside of the Altai Mountains and Russia, and, like black shilajit, is a highly revered ancient medicine and tonic of the peoples of the Altai Republic. Known as the "food of the immortals", this naturally occuring, easily dissolvable mineral exudate (unlike black shilajit, it is not a resin) is traditionally used in cycles, as an effective restorative of the body’s systems; balancing immunity, replenishing intestinal microflora, regenerating tissues, strengthening bones and assisting in the rapid repair of fractures, and promoting organ health. It also helps rid the body of inflammation, and works to rid the body of dysbiotic bacteria, fungus and parasites. This unique, highly soluble "stone oil" as it is commonly referred to in Russian is actually not an oil at all, but a relatively soft mineral exudate in the form of creamy-beige mineral granulates. Our Premium white shilajit, is collected by specialist local harvesters in remote regions of the Altai mountains. Lower quality white shilajit, by comparison, which is more common amongst the few retailers that stock white shilajit, is less astringent in taste, less potent in effect, paler in colour and contains a good deal of limestone ballast, approx 15%. Our highest quality, premium white shilajit does not contain these impurities and dissolves effortlessly in water, with no remnants. The main difference between black shilajit and white shilajit, is that white shilajit contains very few organic elements. White shilajit is mostly non-organic (not derived from or relating to living matter) and contains at least 49 micro elements including gold, silver, platinum, iridium, germanium, etc. in highly absorbable micro mineral state (m-state). It also contains a large amount of iron, copper, zinc, manganese, selenium, nickel, chromium, cobalt and titanium. As well as high levels of sodium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, manganese and iodine.Ingredients: 100% White Shilajit, also known as Brakshun. Like black shilajit, this product is ancient and does not have an expiry date. Just store in a cupboard, out of sunlight for maximal preservation of its potent nutrient complexes.30g of white shilajit deposit granules in amber glass jar.-Assists tissue regeneration.-Balances changes and disturbances in the musculoskeletal system (muscle fibres, joints, tendons, bones).-Increases bone health, speeds up fracture repair.-Restores the immune system.-Balances intestinal microflora.-Antibacterial.-Reduces inflammation.-Promotes organ health.Recommended Dosage and InstructionsInitially for the first 1-2 weeks add 1-2 granules or 400-500mg/half a gram (which is approx 1/15 of a teaspoon) to 750ml (a wine bottle size bottle) of your favourite, highest quality water. The white shilajit will dissolve rapidly by itself, a sign of its fast acting absorbability. Shaking the bottle a little will further speed up the process. Drink throughout the morning or day. Dose can be increased from 2-4 granules after 2 weeks once the body has acclimatised. White shilajit is excellent drunk with black shilajit, and indeed, the two incredible compounds, seem to potentiate each other. I personally enjoy drinking my bottle of white shilajit water (as described) with a gram or two of black shilajit mixed in at the same time. For regular users of black shilajit, adding white shilajit into your supplement routine (or simply adding to your water), is an amazing way of taking your health up to the next level, with a highly-revered, unique marriage of compounds rarely imbibed outside of the Altai.Typically a cycle with white shilajit is 2-3 months. At the end of the cycle, discontinue use for 2-3 months, before continuing again for another 2-3 months and continue in this format, throughout the year for optimal health, energy levels and exceptional immunity.

Altai Mountain Premium Wild Siberian Shilajit - 50g or 100g in amber glass jar
The highest quality shilajit available, anywhere, at an exceptional price. Fully certified, purified and lab tested, this impeccable, incredibly unique wild substance, also known as mumijo, is sourced from the pristine veins of the Altai Mountains, at extremely high altitudes. This unique, time honoured, revered tonic nutriment of the Altai, Tuvan, Kazakh and Mongol peoples, is conscientiously harvested by second, and sometimes third and fourth generation harvesters, at altitudes of around 13,500-14,000 feet (approx 4000m and counting) of elevation in some of Siberias most remote, pristine and least populated terrains. We have been selling this genuine highest-quality shilajit, cleaned and certified, in the UK, Europe and Worldwide for over 8 years, and have 1000s of satisfied customers, the majority of which become ongoing loyal customers. We also have an excellent relationship with an Altai cooperative that carefully collect and clean this exceptional product in the Altai mountains and this allows us to get a more reasonable price and we pass on our savings to our customers. Important note: do not accept fakes. Fake shilajit is unfortunately rife. Just like with honey and olive oil, so much of the shilajit on the market, upwards of 85% today, is fake or adulterated, and extremely often, ascribed to popular mountain ranges it absolutely does not originate from. Fake shilajit can come in many forms, but is typically made from Ozokerite, coal, charcoal, fulvic acid fertilisers (designed for the agricultural industry), or even microplastic-ridden resins, all which have different degrees of toxicity ascribed to them, and, needless to say, none of the incredible benefits that are ascribed to authentic wild-harvested shilajit - the likes of which we have been proudly supplying to 1000s of highly satisfied customers, worldwide.Do not settle on a shilajit brand before you try ours. This is how real, authentic, highest purity shilajit should behave and taste. And we only ever provide our wild shilajit in amber glass jars."Fantastic experience! This is high quality shilajit that has passed the burn test, water & alcohol tests. The customer service is top notch - very attentive and answered all queries in a friendly and detailed manner. I am super impressed and will definitely be back for more. Many thanks Kyle!" -Bryan, UK50g or 100g in amber glass jarWhat is Shilajit?Shilajit is a completely water-soluble black resin exudation that naturally develops slowly, over millennia, via the organic decomposition of medicinal plants, ancient vegetation and other pristine humic biomass that collects and builds up in the cracks and crevices of certain auspicious mountain locations. Over hundreds and thousands of years, through probiotic and anaerobic breakdown, strong sun, wind and impeccably clean air, shilajit gradually takes on its dark black resinous form - true alchemy in action. Shilajit contains a rich suite of over 250 compounds, is very well tolerated with an exceptionally high bioavailability for quick nutritional uptake into the cells. It is so deeply fortifying that it is known traditionally as "the destroyer of weakness” and contains more than 84 minerals, including many macro and trace minerals that are in short supply within the modern diet and with agricultural products, even organic produce. Shilajit is extremely rich in fulvic and humic compounds, often named as master antioxidants due to their tiny size, intrinsic potency and ability to both hydrate the cell and quench free radical activity. It is an esteemed adaptogen. In the ancient Ayurvedic system, shilajit is categorised as one of the most potent and effective Rasayana substances. Rasayanas are particularly esteemed because they aid in regeneration, increase vitality and vigour, and, as a result, increase life and longevity. Shilajit enhances energy, improves stamina, and increases recovery time, whilst nurturing the nervous system, reducing inflammation and supporting the immune system. It has been used for thousands of years in the rejuvenation of the sexual organs, in both sexes, and to increase fertility, if that is required. Whenever sexual function and fertility is increased, regardless of whether offspring is actually required, the whole body is vivified as a result and increased health and longevity is naturally promoted, in a large part because the hormonal orchestra is primed.Ingredients: 100% pure Wild Shilajit sourced directly from the Altai Mountains of Siberia in Russia, only. Shilajit is completely water soluble, well tolerated with an exceptionally high bioavailability for quick nutritional uptake into the cells. How to use and Dosage: Daily dosage: 1g per day - dissolve a quarter or third teaspoon in a warm/hot drink, such as a herbal tea or hot chocolate and enjoy immediately. You can also dissolve in warm water. Shilajit also dissolves readily in room temperature or cold water, it just takes a little longer to do so. Regardless of how you choose to take it, you can also choose to split the dose up into 2 x 0.5g doses across the day. If you are new to genuine shilajit resin, we suggest you start off at a half dose of 0.5g (500mg) for a few days to a week, to allow your body to acclimatise to its tonifying effects. This will look like approx 1/6 of a teaspoon or a small pea size amount. For athletes/adventurers and those living particularly demanding lifestyles, we recommend building up to a daily dose of 2g per day. You will absolutely appreciate the additional support. In Drinks:Simply stir one quarter to one third of a teaspoon of shilajit into a glass/mug of something warming, whether that is, at its simplest, just a glass of hot water, or a herbal tea. Shilajit also lends itself well to vegan or dairy milk hot drinks like a nice mug of hot chocolate. In fact, the earthy taste of shilajit pairs very well with cacao. In Food:At its simplest, right off the spoon and dissolved in the mouth. Chased down with a little water, fresh juice, tea, or even organic brandy. Aside from that, shilajit lends its nutritional profile, earthiness and texture, to numerous recipes, including energy balls, brownie cakes, even breads.General note:Shilajit is thick and dense in the jar, but it dissolves readily in the mouth or inside a warm liquid (a sign of its fast acting absorption and bioavailability). To easily remove the shilajit resin from the jar, especially in the colder months, simply put a spoon in hot or boiling water for 10 seconds, dry the spoon and scoop out your shilajit.

Fleur de Sel de Camargue, Natural Hand-raked, Sun-dried Sea Salt (125g)
Fleur De Sel de Camargue is a hand-harvested, sun-dried sea salt collected by salt rakers in Southern France (right on the northern Mediterranean Sea) who carefully scrape only the moist, flaky, and textured kernels that form on the very top of the salt beds. This delicate, highly acclaimed tier of salt, known as "fleur de sel" ("flower of the sea") is comprised of larger kernels with greater mineral and taste complexity than normal sea salts or table salt. Used as a "finishing" salt rather than for cooking, sprinkle this on fresh salads, eggs, or other raw or cooked dishes to add flavor and texture. The name Fleur De Sel comes from the aroma of violets that develops as the salt dries. Each signature container is sealed with a cork top and signed by the Salt Raker who harvested it.Le Saunier de Camargue fleur de sel results from the sea, the sunshine and the Mistral winds. It is a completely natural product from the south of France.Fleur de sel has a natural white colour and is harvested in the Aïgues-Mortes salt marshes in line with ancestral skills. At the heart of unspoilt nature and a rare biodiversity, the salt marshes are also the refuge for numerous species at the meeting point between the Mediterranean Sea and Carmargue.Le Saunier de Camargue fleur de sel, reflecting this generous land, is a vital ingredient in southern French cooking. It helps bring out all the mild flavours of a sun-filled cuisine.

Nordur Pristine Icelandic Geothermally-Made Wild Sea Salt Flakes in Metal Tin (250g)
250g of highest purity Icelandic Sea Salt by Norður, in a stunning tin box to last a lifetime in your home.Perfect for all manner of gourmet, culinary, detoxification, therapeutic and eye bath use, due to its extremely low levels of impurities and rock particulates, compared to other unrefined salts.Nordur sea salt flakes are an extremely pure sea salt from Breiðafjörður bay a stunning nature reserve on the remote West Coast of Iceland. Unlike rock salt and grey Celtic salt that can contain rock sediment particulates, Nordur sea salt is naturally low in impurities and high in electrolytes sodium, chloride, namely, but also trace electrolytes of calcium, potassium and magnesium, that are always nearly completely absent from refined salts (as a result it is an excellent salt for use in Eye baths, for example). Nordur (spelt Norður in Icelandic) uses only Geothermal Energy as the sole source of its salt production, evaporated from the pure Icelandic waters in the bay.In all our processes and at all stages of our salt making, we use geothermal energy. Our production process involves a minimum of mechanical intervention and makes use of natural geothermal energy for heating the seawater, evaporating and drying the Nordur Salt flakes. From the beginning, we have set a high bar in ensuring that our production facility is as environmentally friendly as possible. As far as we know, we are the only flake salt company in the world that uses geothermal energy to fuel our process. Our carbon footprint is virtually nil, something that we are especially proud of.We start by filtering the seawater before it enters our evaporation tank to ensure the highest quality of the sea salt. In the filtering process only dirt and leftover seaweed is removed and the salt maintains its natural mineral content. We then lead geothermal hot water through the tank via a titanium heat exchanger while we constantly pump fresh seawater into it. Inside the tank, the seawater evaporates and the salinity level increases. When the brine has reached the right salinity level, it is transferred to open pans. It is slowly heated again using geothermal energy allowing the salt crystals to form as pyramids on the surface. The salt pyramids grow upside down and when they have reached a sufficient size they fall to the bottom. At this stage, the true art form of our salt making begins; the human touch is a vital factor as the salt is hand harvested to precisely ensure the right taste and texture. Once the salt flakes have been raked from the pans, they are dried using geothermal heating. Then, it is on to the packaging stage and the salt flakes are ready to be enjoyed.

Organic Wild Cape Green Rooibos Tea (150g) in Amber Glass Jar by Radiant Revolutions
I am thrilled to launch my first South African product in the form of wild Cape Green Rooibos tea. Rooibos is a highly revered botanical, endemic to the southern tip, or cape, of South Africa - one of the most biodiverse regions of the World, where it grows alongside 100s of other endemic species in a Mediterranean class climate. Whereas millions of people around the world already drink the oxidised/fermented form of Rooibos, known as red rooibos, or commonly as redbush tea, our wild-harvested rooibos is purposefully green. You see, the potency is in the green.Green rooibos vs red rooibos, is very much akin to the difference between green tea and black tea. Whereas red rooibos is only dried after it has undergone significant bruising and oxidation/fermentation, as is the case in the production of black tea from the green tea leaf harvest, green rooibos is simply freshly harvested and dried. As a result, just like with green tea, green rooibos has a much high polyphenol and antioxidant concentration, and, in particular, it is rich in a very interesting flavonoid polyphenol called Aspalathin, that is essentially unique to the rooibos plant (Aspalathus linearis). When rooibos is led through the standard issue bruising and oxidation/fermentation procedures, its leaves turn that characteristic red colour, but in the process, the majority of Aspalathin is degraded. Precisely, the same thing happens with the famed catechins of green tea, which are considerably degraded when camellia leaves are turned into black tea.Now you can enjoy an infusion of this incredible South African bush everyday, just as Nature had intended - rich with Aspalathin, a compound that South African and numerous international scientists are viewing with great promise. Carefully hand-picked by dedicated harvesters across the Cape Floristic region of the SW Cape of South Africa, this wonderful tea is also organically certified by the Soil Association, in virtue of its wild provenance.150g of loose leaf wild-harvested green rooibos tea in amber glass jar, under my exclusive, in-house, silver label - Radiant Revolutions. Directions for a polyphenol-rich brew.Let 500ml of freshly boiled water cool down for a couple of minutes to approx 90°C, and then add 5-6 teaspoons of green rooibos to the water. Give it a quick stir, then let it sit, with the lid on, for 7-8 minutes. Strain and enjoy this smooth, mildly herbaceous, subtly sweet infusion in your favourite mug or glass.

Silver Shungite Chunks Genuine Russian Wild-Harvested (Elite / Noble Shungite)
Genuine pure Russian Silver Shungite chunks to make Shungite water, alongside other therapeutic purposes. It is important to be aware that most Shungite sold today is not Shungite per se, but Shungite slate or Shungite-containing rock, which though considerably cheaper to purchase, is also proportionately much lower in carbon and the all important fullerene molecules. Shungite slate looks very similar to common charcoal and is dull black in colour. The true, pure Shungite, and the only type we supply, is often known commercially as Silver, Elite or Noble Shungite. Genuine Shungite is a lustrous silver to blackish mineral that conducts electricity very well. Fake Shungite will not light up a lightbulb when it is connected into a circuit with a battery. Finally it should be noted that Shungite is likely over a billion years old already and it can be used on a conisistent basis, without concern that its properties will ever “run out”.Origin: RussiaDue to natural variation, the exact number of Shungite chunks it will take to make your chosen weight will vary. Please select from the following weights:100g (£33.99)250g (£75.99)500g (£139.00) SAVING of £3.20 per 100gFor more information please see this article on the benefits of shungite.

Wild Mountain Pueraria Mirifica Powder - Estrogen Tonic
Continuously fresh stock of wild-harvested Pueraria Mirifica powder in amber glass by Radiant Revolutions (60g and 250g options come in amber glass jars, and further 250g and 500g sizes come in black pouches). If you are looking for the whole, dry and powdered root, of this exceptional plant - the form traditionally taken by the Thai people, you have come to the right place.Pure, 100% unadulterated, wild Pueraria Mirifica powder, wildcrafted in the mountains of Phu Kradung national park region of Northern Thailand. Unlike nearly every other powder on the market, our Pueraria Mirifica is completely free of useless fillers, namely Magnesium Stearate, which is standardly added to Pueraria Mirifica as a bulking agent. Pueraria Mirifica, known as "White Kwao Krua" in Thailand, is the richest known source of wide-spectrum rejuvenating phytoestrogens used traditionally for hundreds, if not thousands of years by Thai women (and to a slightly lesser extent men), and indeed, it has long been dubbed the country's "Fountain of Youth". By boosting the body's own supply of beneficial estrogen hormones, Pueraria Mirifica fundamentally functions as a youthening agent and estrogen tonic, helping to naturally restore sagging breasts, wrinkled skin, bone loss, gray hair, post-menopausal symptoms and a host of other conditions brought about by estrogenic deficiency, over time, and with consistent, routine use. The benefits of our Pueraria are sizable and our customers have had phenomenal success with it, including the reversal of menopause, the restoration of periods, the banishing of PMS, the feminising of figure and the general beautifying benefits that come with increased estrogen. Unlike most other products on the market (especially capsulised ones), our Pueraria Mirifica is just the powdered dried root - so a wholefood. It is not an extract, or processed product, where only part of the plant, and its constituents, are isolated. So the strength is, just the natural strength of the root, albeit with all the water removed, as it is dried. With "extracted herbs" they often talk, somewhat dubiously, about the strength being 10 x the standard root (for example), but this is mostly misleading, especially when you have removed other plant components that help in the balancing and processing of the medicinal components. We believe the whole root is not only more effective, but it is the traditional way of taking it. Dose is very important with the phytoestrogenic plant tonics, and Pueraria Mirifica, in particular, is very potent, and the effects can be positive and profound at the right dose. The recommended starting dose is 1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon per day. Typically we advise to stir into a juice or water/tea that contains some lemon or lime juice, to help the powder go down. Putting in a smoothie is also a good way.Consider also taking with our wild Aguaje powder and our wild Spanish liquorice powder as that further balances estrogen levels and prevents any discomfort as the body adapts to increased estrogen levels, and all the benefits that can entail. Dose for the aguaje powder is a full heaped teaspoon per day, and for the licorice is 1/3 teaspoon per day. For broad estrogenic support, this is sublime taken alongside our Wild Amazon Aguaje fruit powder, the listing of which is here. You also save a few £s by purchasing this, alongside the Aguaje, in one of our Estrogen tonic packages (see below).Origin: ThailandPlease select from the following weights:60g - amber glass jar (£11.99)2 x 60g amber glass jars (£21.99)250g - amber glass jar (£38.99)250g - refill pack (£37.49)500g - refill pack (£67.99)1kg (2 x 500g packs) (£124.99)Estrogen tonic package 1 (60g jar of Aguaje and 60g jar of Pueraria Mirifica - save £2.00) (£21.99)Estrogen tonic package 2 (250g jar of Aguaje and 250g jar of Pueraria Mirifica - save £3.50) (£71.49)Estrogen tonic package 3 (250g pack of Aguaje and 250g pack of Pueraria Mirifica - save £3.50) (£69.79)

Wild Sun-dried Siberian Reishi Mushroom (Whole Mushroom) Wild-Harvested From the Altai
After many years of research and sourcing, I am so excited to bring you these truly wild Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) mushrooms, carefully hand-harvested, by experienced mushroom harvesters, in the old growth wild forests of the Altai Republic, Siberia, and then gently sun-dried.Genuine wild reishi, authentically grown in the wild on wild trees, is really rare on the market, unless you are literally in a specific village in Siberia or China. The vast majority of reishi on the market is grown indoors, under manufactured conditions, often through the use of a number of dubious chemicals. By stark comparison, our authentically wild Altai reishi is entirely an organic product of the forest, and because it must survive intense climatic fluctuations, from very hot Summers, to brutally cold Winters, intense UV and other oxidative stressors, its revered suite of bioactive compounds, beta-glucans, triterpenoids, sterols, polysaccharides, phenols, etc, are produced in larger concentrations as a natural defence mechanism. Benefits that absolutely are conferred to whoever is lucky enough to imbibe it.Our wild Siberian mushrooms may not look as pretty as the indoor grown ones, as they often have marks from moss, lichen, perhaps fallen pine needles or indentations from fallen twigs and all the other things that might collect near the forest floor, or drop from the canopy above, but their nutrition, robustness and medicinality is far superior. Reishi mushrooms, commonly referred to as the "King of Mushrooms" or "The Mushroom of Longevity" are especially noted as one of the very most cherished and acclaimed organisms in traditional Daoist, Chinese, Tibetan and Russian medicinal systems. Reishi also has been scientifically studied more than practically any other medicinal edible on the planet, especially by Chinese, Korean, Russian and American scientists.Unlike fresh indoor grown reishi, these are fully dried, so you are not paying for any water weight. If you are wondering how much a typical sun-dried reishi mushroom weighs, that can vary tremendously, with smaller mushrooms weighing only 20g and very large specimens weighing around the 200g mark. In order to supply the correct weight, sometimes a mushroom may arrive cut in half, but most of the time, you will receive whole mushrooms. We are providing the whole sun-dried reishi and your chosen weight will come in a brown paper bag and can be stored in the bag or decanted into a suitable size glass jar, as you prefer.Instructions: To make a potent reishi tea/hot water infusion, simply pour 1 litre of good quality water into a saucepan and add 10g to 30g of your dried reishi mushroom to the saucepan. Bring to the boil, turn to a simmer, and let simmer for 1-2 hours. In this time, the water will typically reduce to 750ml of potent reishi tea. Strain and enjoy. Repeat 2-3 times to extract all the goodness from the mushroom, then discard into your compost. Reishi is also a wonderful companion to simmer alongside our other similarly hardy wild offerrings: Chaga, Dandelion root and Shatavari. While smaller, thinner mushrooms can be broken in the hand, medium to larger mushrooms can be carefully cut on a chopping board with a sharp knife. In general though, if the mushroom is a bit too dense, I preferentially advise to make an initial tea with the whole mushroom, then cut it after its first boiling, now soft and hydrated, it is considerably easier to cut.Pro tip: after simmering your reishi, and the mushrooms have cooled down, make sure to squeeze the pieces with your hand to release the extra potent tea hidden hidden inside them. Unlike chaga mushroom, which will remain hard after a long simmering, the reishi will become soft and swell-up with water, much like a sponge, so before you discard them, do make sure you give them a good squeeze to release all that additional reishi goodness into your mug. Please select from the following weights:50g: £13.89100g: £24.49250g: £56.99500g: £108.991kg: £209.99
