To make a wonderful earthy rich tea liver, skin and blood supporting tea:

simply simmer 1 tablespoon of the sliced root in 2.5 cups of water, and let simmer for 20 mins. In that time frame, 2.5 cups will reduce to 2 cups. Let cool with the lid on, and then strain and drink.
