One of the key botanical ingredients I have used with my clients for years, to help reduce and control excess yeast, fungus and mold in the body (especially when paired with the appropriate diet). These exceptionally clean olive leaves, of the variety Manzanilla, also known as Lechín de Granada o Cuquillo, are an especially medicinal variety, high in Oleuropein, and make a clean, potent tea, for a happy microbiome, better digestion and serene, heathy skin and scalp.

How to make my olive leaf tea?

To make a polyphenol-rich olive leaf tea, simply soak 4-5g of olive leaf in clean water and let sit for 20 minutes or longer, in the saucepan.   This initial soaking stage helps soften the leaf fibres and extract a greater concentration of phytochemistry into your tea. Now turn on the saucepan and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Turn off and let sit for a further 5-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy hot/warm.

For Canada, regardless of order size, our shipping rate is only £19.99, usually via Canada Post or DHL.

For Australia, regardless of order size, our shipping rate is only £26.99, usually via Australia Post or DHL.
