Biodynamic (Demeter Certified) Kumquats (Very Limited Fresh Product Direct from Farm)
I am very happy to be able to supply these Demeter Certified Biodynamic kumquats, direct from a fantastic Biodynamic farm (certified for nearly 30 years) in southern Spain. These are the best kumquats you have ever tasted, and if you have never had this small, yet exceptional member of the citrus family before, you will be trying them just as nature intended and at optimal, glorious ripeness. With their delicious, surprisingly sweet, juicy and flavoursome peel (yes, you eat the peel, which is absolutely 100% unwaxed), and tarte juicy pulp, this kumquat experience is something very special.
Grown in the South West of Spain, not far from the Portuguese border, by a dedicated and passionate Biodynamic family that truly walk the walk when it comes to maximal sustainability practices and absolutely natural farming. Biodynamic farming (think organic Plus) is an evolved, highly aspirational farming that is deeply embedded in both a philosophy and practice, treating the land as a living breathing ecosystem; a conscious food forest that is vitalised and awakened through conscientious, collaborative enhancements to the soil, and, to the ecosystem as a whole.
